Shipping Policy
Pure Grace Hen House ships hatching eggs and live chicks throughout the United States.
Orders are carefully packaged to help protect eggs and chicks during transport. We take great care in preparing each shipment to give our customers the best possible experience.
Shipping carriers may include:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
The shipping carrier used may vary depending on customer preference, location, weather conditions, and the safest option available at the time of shipment.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and size of the order.

Hatching Egg Shipping
Hatching eggs are collected fresh from our breeding groups and packaged carefully using specialized packing methods designed to reduce movement and damage during shipping.
While we take great care when packaging eggs, shipping conditions are outside of our control once packages leave the farm.
For this reason, some eggs may experience reduced hatch rates due to:
• Rough handling during shipping
• Temperature fluctuations
• Incubation conditions
• Handling after delivery
We recommend allowing shipped eggs to rest for 12–24 hours before placing them in an incubator.

Live Chick Shipping
Live chicks are shipped using approved poultry shipping practices designed to keep them safe during transport.
Customers must ensure they are available to receive their shipment promptly once it arrives. Chicks should be removed from the shipping box as soon as possible and placed into a warm brooder with proper food and water.
Shipping schedules may vary depending on weather conditions and hatch timing to ensure the safety of the chicks.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of agricultural and live animal products, all sales are generally considered final.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Hatch rates on shipped hatching eggs
• Incubation results
• Shipping carrier delays
• Damage caused during shipping
Once eggs or chicks leave our farm, factors affecting hatch success and chick health are outside of our control.

Damaged Shipments or Delivery Issues
If a package arrives with significant damage or issues, customers should contact us as soon as possible.
If live chicks arrive DOA (Dead on Arrival), customers must notify us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the chicks and shipping box.
We will review situations on a case-by-case basis.

Weather and Shipping Delays
The safety of our birds is our priority. In cases of extreme heat, cold, or severe weather conditions, we may delay shipments to ensure eggs and chicks arrive safely.
Customers will be notified if a shipment needs to be rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns.
