At Pure Grace Hen House, we take pride in producing healthy birds and fertile hatching eggs from carefully selected breeding lines. Our farm specializes in pure bred chickens and specialty crosses that produce a beautiful variety of egg colors.

Our Hatching Eggs
Hatching eggs are collected fresh from our breeding groups and come from birds that are selected for:

Live Chicks
For customers who prefer to start with young birds instead of incubating eggs, we also offer live chicks from many of the breeds raised on our farm.

Our chicks come from the same carefully managed breeding groups used for our hatching eggs. These birds are selected to ensure strong genetics and healthy development.

Depending on the breed, chicks may grow into birds that lay a variety of egg colors including blue, green, brown, and speckled eggs.

Availability of chicks depends on hatch schedules and breeding cycles throughout the year.

The National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP) helps ensure poultry health and allows certified farms to safely ship eggs and chicks across state lines.
This certification means our birds are part of a monitored program focused on maintaining healthy poultry populations.

We ship hatching eggs and chicks throughout the United States.

Orders are carefully packaged to help protect eggs during transport and improve hatch success. Our eggs are packaged using methods designed to reduce damage and give customers the best possible chance of a successful hatch.

To protect the health of our birds, Pure Grace Hen House operates as a closed farm.
Farm visits are by appointment only due to strict biosecurity practices required under our NPIP certification.
These precautions help prevent disease exposure and ensure the long-term health of our breeding flocks.
Hatching eggs are a natural product, and several factors can affect hatch success including:
• Shipping conditions
• Incubation practices
• Temperature and humidity
• Handling after arrival

Because these factors are outside of our control once eggs leave the farm, hatch rates cannot be guaranteed.
However, we regularly monitor fertility on our farm to ensure eggs being sold have strong hatch potential.
