We carefully maintain our breeding groups and regularly monitor fertility to ensure the best possible results for our customers.

Pure Grace Hen House is a Texas NPIP Certified Clean Farm.

This certification allows us to safely ship poultry and hatching eggs across state lines while following poultry health guidelines.
Shipping Information
We ship hatching eggs and live chicks nationwide.
Orders are packaged carefully to help ensure safe delivery and the best possible results for our customers.
Shipping options may include:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
Shipping carrier may vary depending on customer preference, seasonal conditions, and the safest shipping option at the time.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on location and order size.
Hatching Egg Policy
Hatching eggs are a natural product and several factors can affect hatch success once eggs leave our farm.

These factors include:
• Shipping conditions
• Incubation practices
• Temperature and humidity control
• Handling after arrival
• Incubator performance​
​While we regularly monitor fertility in our breeding groups, hatch rates cannot be guaranteed once eggs leave our farm.
​
We package eggs carefully using methods designed to protect them during shipping, but rough handling during transport is outside of our control.
​
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or replacements on hatching eggs.

Live Chick Policy
Live chicks are shipped according to safe poultry shipping practices.
Because live animals are involved, we ask that customers be available to receive their shipment promptly once it arrives.
If chicks arrive DOA (dead on arrival), customers must notify us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the chicks and packaging.
We will work with customers on a case-by-case basis if issues occur during shipping.
